A teacher journal - musings on students, lessons, good days, bad ones...

I demand a recount!
I don't get 57%! Ok, so I'm upset by this...why? Explain to me - I don't even know what the score even means. This would be what we in the ed biz call a "bad assessment."
That's hardly fair - at least I studied for this test - many students who complain that much about their test scores haven't studied, and are looking for a place to lay blame that isn't on them.
I also scored 57% but am an empty cardboard box. I have tried to enter this comment 2ce, and it won't #@&@#^ enter. So we can see that the test was wrong: I am outside the @(*^!@# box! Ann

Ok, I hate this quiz too. First I was the Power Puff Girls, and now I'm a cinnamon roll. BTW, the "Overheard in NY" was hysterical.
Hmmmmmmm, you sound just like one of my grade 9 students after receiving a graded test. LOL

I scored lower -- 55% Oh well :-)
Changed my blog name -- decided that "I'll never finish..." was untrue :-) Check out the lambie pics!
I also got a 57% but am an empty cardboard box. And I would like everyone to know that, as cardboard boxes go, I am outside the box. Ann
